Google analytics and advertising

We use Google Tag Manager (GTM-W6MMQTVX) to manage Google tags, including Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement. Google may receive pages visited, browser and device information, cookie identifiers and advertising interactions for analytics, advertising measurement and ad optimization. We do not enable customer matching or send your email address or phone number for that purpose.

Where consent is required, these optional purposes are denied until you choose through Cookie settings in the footer — we do not display an automatic consent notice. Elsewhere optional tracking is enabled unless you reject it; applicable browser privacy opt-outs are honored for advertising. Cookie settings lets you reject, choose separate analytics and advertising permissions, or withdraw consent at any time. Changes apply to this browser and other open tabs; previously blocked conversions are not replayed.

Your browser stores a visitor reference, the date, region, notice and separate choices as consent evidence. Acceptance evidence is retained when you later withdraw. Clearing browser storage removes this record. Hashing information would not make it anonymous or replace permission. Google’s use is also described at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Information we collect

When you submit the Sell Your Supplies form or contact us, we collect the information you choose to provide — typically your name, phone number, email address, and details or photos of the supplies you want to sell.

We also collect standard technical information such as pages visited, which helps us understand how the site is used.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your request, prepare a quote, arrange your visit, and complete a transaction if you decide to sell.

We may contact you by phone, text or email about your inquiry. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the business, such as our form and scheduling software, and where required by law.

Retention and security

We keep inquiry and transaction records for as long as needed to run the business and meet recordkeeping obligations, and we take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold.

Your choices

You can ask us to stop contacting you or to delete the information you submitted by calling or emailing the office. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of messages.
