Get paid after inspection
Local visits: we inspect your supplies and pay before you leave. Mailing your supplies? We pay within 1 day for all mail-ins via PayPal, ACH, or check.

What each step actually looks like

Tell us what you have
Send your product details through the Sell Your Supplies form or call the office. We need the brand and product name, the quantity, and the expiration date printed on each sealed box.
Photos are the fastest route. One clear shot of the box front and one of the expiration date is usually all we need.

Receive your quote and instructions
We confirm which items are eligible and what we can offer for them. If something on your list is not on our current buy list, we will say so up front so you are not carrying it in for nothing.
Choose a local visit or mail-in. Book a time, walk in during business hours, or contact us for a free shipping label and mailing instructions.

Bring or mail your eligible supplies
For local visits, our office is at 3418 Frankfort Ave, Suite 365, Louisville, KY 40207. Bring the sealed product boxes. For mail-ins, request a free shipping label and packing instructions before sending your supplies.
If you have items from several brands, include them all in your quote request before visiting or mailing.

We inspect your supplies
For local visits, inspection normally takes five to ten minutes. We check seals, packaging condition and expiration dates. Mailed supplies are also subject to inspection and eligibility verification.
We pay within 1 day for all mail-ins via PayPal, ACH, or check.

Get paid after inspection
For local visits, you are paid before you leave after inspection. Cash is the default; Zelle, PayPal or Venmo are also available at the office. We pay within 1 day for all mail-ins via PayPal, ACH, or check.
At an office visit, you can decline the offer on an item and take it home. There is no obligation.
